Booking and Deposit  Policy

Deposit Policy

 

To ensure both parties are committed to the agreed service, a deposit is required when booking any session or service. The following guidelines apply:

1. Standard Deposit (10%)

    •    For services under $250, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.

    •    This deposit secures your session or service date.

 

2. Increased Deposit (25%)

    •    For services over $250, an up to 25% deposit may be required, depending on the complexity of the service or the need for travel, customized work, or large-scale projects.

 

3. Travel Fees

    •    Travel fees apply for locations outside the Atlanta area and are set as follows:

    •    $10 fee for locations beyond the Atlanta area (South, East, or West).

    •    Custom quotes for further travel locations or special requests.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Deposits are non-refundable unless CreativeEdgeStudios cancels the booking.

    •    You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    •    Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a higher rescheduling fee.

 

5. Accepted Forms of Payment

    •    Deposits can be paid via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Money Order, or Zelle.

    •    Checks, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo are not accepted.
